The Spa Village Malacca is the world's only spa to base its therapies on the healing heritage of the Baba-Nyonya or Peranakan culture - a unique combination of Chinese and Malay influences. The spa is spread across the first two floors of the new wing and provides a serene environment in which one can rest, recuperate and rejuvenate in the care of some of the world's best therapists.

Each room is sumptuously appointed, in an elegant combination of luxury, tradition and modernity. Bespoke furnishings call to mind the glory days of old Malacca, while floor to ceiling windows framed by silk drapes bathe the room with soft light. Standing on warm timber floors is an inviting four poster bed finished in rich teak and dressed in cool cottons with an ornate silk runner.
There are 52 Deluxe Rooms and 2 Suites, each with a flat screen colour TV with satellite and music channels, a safe deposit box, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, writing desk and an IDD telephone. The marble bathroom has a clawfoot bathtub, separate glass-enclosed rainforest shower and a marble top vanity counter.
